Hello, I'm Sally

Ever since I can remember, I've loved to draw. When I had no paper, I drew on walls (much to my parents' dismay!) and "tattooed" my friends’ arms (with their permission, of course). In school, I doodled whenever and wherever I could. Drawing led me down multiple paths, from becoming an architect to starting my own greeting card company in college, where I combined my artistic sensibilities with my proclivity for punning.While my career as an architect on award-winning projects across the world took up more and more of my time, my passion for art and silly (some might say clever!) humor never really left as I continued making cards for friends and family for birthdays, graduations, and other significant life moments.Now, I'm excited to bring that passion back into the forefront. It seemed only natural that I call my creative endeavor "Swamp Stories Art" and tell my stories based on one of the characters that has stayed with me over the years as a Florida native.
